RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer refunds for sizing issues on full-priced items, as long as the item is returned within 14 days of delivery and meets our return conditions.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases, and we do not offer store credit.


IF YOUR ITEM DOESN’T FIT

If your item is too small or too big, we’re happy to issue a refund once the original item is returned in acceptable condition. You can then re-order the correct size if it's available.


TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:

Your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Free from stains, odours, pet hair, or any signs of wear

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Items that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to you.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Digital products (eBooks, downloads, etc.)

Include your order number and details of the item you’d like to return.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
